Most of the magazines are calling the upgrades a "mid-cycle refresh." I've read a new model is coming '14. Are they on a six-year model cycle?

I find it interesting just how different European reviews are versus reviews from American companies. Suggesting to drop the automatic in favor of the manual option for other interior upgrades would probably never be done in American Magazines. Also, calling the c220 diesel with a 0-60 time of over 8 seconds would never be classified as "far from sluggish" but rather - quite sluggish...
Interesting read none the less. Definitely seems like the 2012's are a welcomed refresh.

We can't have it all ways, performance with economy "it promises 64.2mpg economy for the manual and 58.9mpg for the 7G-Tronic Plus gearbox."Originally Posted by jctevere

Imperial figures.
With all that torque it delivers the performance without fuss & high revs .

The 2014 will be the new car. Compare the differences between the W211 and W212 as to what's coming with the really new C.Originally Posted by wireless200

Keep in mind that the numbers are probably imperial gallons and not US gallons. 1 imperial gallon = 1.2 US gallons. Impressive, nonetheless.Originally Posted by Carsy
