Seems like an awesome deal for the redesigned 2012 AMG c63 wheel

Will it fit a 2008 or prefacelift w204 with modification?

anybody have any ideas??

As you would need a new airbag, I would certainly hope the crash pulse of the 204 platform did not change from your model year as improvements/modifications might have been included at this or some intervening model year.
