((Offtopic)) Any W204 owners watch fans also?
PS. Best place to look at a large collection of Pateks is actually on St Thomas in the Virgin islands. at a place called Jewels, was down there a few months ago and the manager said they are the largest volume store outside of Geneva. Most stores that carry Pateks have at most 5-6 in stock he said, they had around 40. Tried on several of the Grand Complications, Loved the 5140s, the platinum with the blue background is just to die for. But my all time fave is the 5002 in plat, stunning.

Now for a bit of a story. Whe I was a young lad I would spend the summers at my Great Aunts in the country. Times were different then and she thought nothing of leaving me (10) and my brother (7) alone for an hour or so while she went for groceries. Her husband we were told had died of bee stings in the late 20's. He raised show poodles during the depresion and had both an apartment in NYC and a house upstate. Right raising show poodles. When my Aunt passed away during the wake they had old photos on display and there is my Uncle without a jacket on and his arms crossed, what is he wearing? A shoulder holster, I point this out to my Mother and her reply is No those are suspenders, Right I know how the strapping on a shoulder holster looks. That got me thinking to my youth and being left alone. My Aunt had this ancient sofa in her living room that had fake drawers on the front, of copurse a 10 year old is going to try and open a drawer. While horsing around with my brother one of our hands slides behind the seat of the couch and there is a lever. Pulling on said lever causes one of the drawers to open (did not find a lever for the second one. Inside was a Colt 1911 and three mags. My Dad had one and had taught us how to handle one safely. Being boys we checked it out, no clip was in it and put it back where it was. Now on a later shopping trip my brother and I decided to explore the attic the place where we were told my Uncle encountered the deadly bees. Basic attic one big storage room then we found the door in a closet that led to a crawl space. It had a narrow plank to crawl on and went into darkness. Figuring something cool had to be in there we went on our boyscout flashlights leading the way. We encountered a loose board and slid it aside underneath was a very heavy package wrapped in cloth. A Thompson SMG with a drum clip. Yes I bet my Uncle raised poddles during the roaring 20's and I think those bees were .45. I wonder if the new owners ever found the weapons?

My dream watch.
