Could've easily updated his original thread instead of wasting bandwidth.

Blacked out things that shouldn't be blacked out, and it's impractical.

Must look terrible when you use any of your lights, and I can't even begin to imagine how much it reduces light output - especially the headlights!!! I guess if you never drive on unlit roads you won't even realize.

I'm not the right guy to talk about these types of mods though - I HATE mods that reduce function. Large wheels and dropped suspension bother me more than anything. I feel like my factory suspension is as low as I could ever want it. How does anyone justify having to approach speed bumps at awkward slow angles just to prevent scraping? Do you know how stupid you look doing that? Do you know how annoying it is having to wait behind you? Your car becomes useless! (I'm not directing this at the guy who started the thread - just going off on a tangent)

/end rant

I guess it's OK, not my taste.

Of course, you never, ever take this car out after sunset, right?

If you were on LI you would be pulled over so fast. Suffolk cops don't like real dark tinted headlights and tails. And while they had you pulled over they would nail you on the window tint also.

first thing you should had blacked out should been ur side markers and isntead of tinting your headlight i would advise you to paint the housing looks much better

I appreciate your stand for individuality, but this is a different issue than a styling debate. This is not a choice of wheels, spoilers, etc. Losing that much light output means he may not see the thing or person he's about to hit in time to prevent it, depending on his speed. It's not just "his car" when he hurts someone else with it. As I said above, it's fine...just never take it out at night, or fix those headlamps.

This is a very good point. As much as I dislike many of the cheesy mods I see on the forums, there is a line between "yes I think that looks ugly, but to each his own" and "you are inconveniencing and possibly endangering other drivers".
I feel the same way (to a lesser degree) about the dumb-asses who drop their cars too low to handle normal speed bumps / roads. They aren't posing so much of a danger, but I still find it a bit unfair to have to wait for them to idiotically hit the speed bump at an angle, possibly crossing into another lane - which is a danger.
