WOW on the price for SAM replacement
My car has been getting tail light error messages and when i turned my car off, the right rear brake light stays on. I just took my car to the dealership to have the service done and the tail lights checked up. They said the problem with the rear lights was to have the SAM replaced which they quoted me for 1400.
did a search on tail light problems and it looks like the price im getting to replace the SAM is somewhat the same as others.
My question is should i just have it done and pay 1400 for Mercedes Malfunction problems or is there another solution?

Damn bro. Its good to hear you finally figured out what was going on with your car. Like the post above stated. Find out if you need to have it reprogrammed.

Its really easy to do, its behind a panel, if you get one from the dealer you can self install plus an indy with star can marry it to your car, and it can be out the door for under 4 hundo

This seems like an odd problem people keep having, doesn't it? Odd in that, it's an odd thing we have to worry about.
Another flaw to look out for I guess. Good luck stark.1!
