Paying $260 plus tax for service A ?

I knew what i was getting myself into when i got the c300
but damn $260 for a glorified oil chance and air filter!!!! how much do you guys pay around the country.

I coulda paid 200 bucks at a local Import cars shop but i needed to have the damn dealer look at my Nav system which likes to sometimes put me in the middle of the damn ocean. or it likes to put me in a damn street no where near to where the hell I'm at
. its the second time i bring my car in for this **** and 2 diff benzo dealers. i guess they think I'm full of ****.

They just called me to tell me my car was ready, and of course they said there was nothing wrong with my NAV so i requested a firmware update and the retard tries to sell me the Navigation DVD update. I tried to explain to him two diff times how one thing is a navigation update and another is a command firmware update. he said he never heard that before and "plus the mercedes benz server is down and we can't connect to even see if there is a damn update.

i also took my car in cause the cigg lighter outlet does not work with whatever usb adapter i put in, it works sometimes after wiggling the **** out of the usb charger. they told me that the front one is a different size and that it was not designed to plug stuff in other that a lighter.

They also wanted 140 to flush the break fluid and 150 for fuel injector cleaner.
I told him to suck it since I'm feeling a little poor this Xmas month

$260's way too high for a service A. My dealership charges like $120 I think. I always change the oil myself for around $70.

That's too much. In Socal, today, I help my cousin's 06C280 for service A + bi-annual brake fluid change for $255.00 . Shop around for special services COUPON, I received the coupons all the time. In SoCal, within 35 miles radius I have 5 MB dealers to choose, whoever have the COUPON when I need, I go there.
