They Ruined The New 2012 C250-300 Spoiler!
This new OEM rear trunk spoiler is so ugly for 2012 C-Sport Sedan, especially when you see it live. The flat top-end is so huge as it runs along the entire length of the trunk top, for no good reason... and the lip flattens out as it approaches the rear fenders... yikes. Wait until you see it live. Thank God the 2012 C350 still comes with the classic C rear spoiler.

I kinda like it, the picture doesn't do it any justice. Definitely looks "sporty" in person. But I think its only for the c300 sedan. Because my c250 coupe has a different spoiler than pictured, but also isn't the same as the pre-facelift. I will try to get a pic of it.

It's ok...I dunno. I can see your point, but as the trunk lid should still be the same, should be able to just order the previous gen or go aftermarket as personal taste dictates.

So it would appear that they have 2 different spoilers now.
My C250 was delivered today with a somewhat flat spoiler, but to more of a point in the middle. It does not have the swoosh like some of the others I have seen/the one in the pic above.
It still looks good though - I'm not sure which I like better.

I don't care if you all think it looks good based on the fact that it's "different", but the nearly 2" lip that lays flat on top of the bonnet looks like cheap japanese crap... more like some kind of "glue-on" Toyota Camry thingy... IMO

I finally figured it out today. I was behind a 2008-2009 C350 in traffic today, and it had the same spoiler I have on my car.
Given that my car was far from being an early 2012 production date (January), I find this a bit odd that I would have the pre-facelift spoiler.
I like it, but I wish I had the newer one that I originally thought was going to be on the car when I ordered it. Apparently I like "cheap Japanese crap"... ironic since I wouldn't be caught dead owning a Japanese car.

post a pic of your 2012 C250 spoiler. Your garage pix don't show a good pic and I'm curious if we have the same one. Personally I'm rather fond of mine.
