Is this really my fathers day gift?
My wife went to Home Depot for my fathers day gift and when she came out my lip was ripped was off and my marker light was broken and my new rim scratched. Luckily, there was a note with the guy's phone number.
On a good note, I got my carbon diffuser.

Dah! Sorry to hear about/see the damage. Good news is that a note was left. I had the same thing happen to me a couple months ago while up in Seattle. No note. However, as I was taking pics of the car across the aisle of the parking structure since the paint swap matched height and color, a couple walks out asking what I'm doing.
Me: "Uh, did you back into my car last night?"
Them: "Oh, we may have. I was dark so we didn't think there was any damage."
Me: "Umm, see how there is black paint on your car and white paint on mine at the exact same height?"
Them: "Oh, we're verrrrrry sorry about that. Here's my business card. We need to catch a flight in an hour."
Me: "Ummm, driver's license, please!"
Long story-short, I was cut a check for $900.
ps side question for you on the rear diffuser - since it's for stock dual tips... is that the Euroteck one or one from eBay that is attached on top of the stock diffuser (vs replace)?

The diffuser is the Ebay one that is the overlay on top of the stock panel. I didn't know that when I bought it. But it seems to look nice, so I will keep it. The install was easy.
My wife did get lucky with the note. Luckily he had insurance and we are in a rental while it it being fixed. Check out the BOAT that we are driving. The insurance authorized a luxury car and they gave me a Cadillac DTS.

This is the one I purchased. It was a pretty good fit.

The carbon fiber diffuser sits on top of the stock black panel. I still had to remove the panel, but I used 3m tape and stainless screws to attach it to the stock panel. The fit was really good. This pictures shows the size different compared to the stock panel. I should have taken some pictures of the install... Sorry.

That's the one I thought/was hoping it was. I could never tell from their pics whether tacking it on top of the stock diffuser would stick too far out/be too "thick" of a look. From your pics, it looks pretty good! Looks like zero room to clean the tops of the muffler tips, though. Then again, you can't see much of them with this piece on, so no need to clean.
Any chance you have a side shot looking across the rear bumper?
Nice Caddy, btw.

The big reason I took out the lights is because it was easy. four 8mm bolts and they came right out. I just like didn't want any chance for over spray.
I am excited... My car will be done tomorrow.
