Question concerning LED fog light conversion

I have 2009 C300 4matic Sport and I wanted to change my halogen fog lamps to LED bulbs. I was wondering if it was necessary to have a "H7 Error Free Decoder Wiring Kit" so I would not get en error in my dash board for changing the bulbs.

Here's the link for the LED bulbs:

This and that.
I know there are bulbs that have inbuilt error free wiring or something. Like for my licence plate bulbs, I didn't have to do any wiring. Look for those bulbs and you wouldn't need to worry about the wiring. Perhaps someone here can direct you as to where to purchase those from.

Right in the product description.

Note: for some vehicles like Audi, BMW, Mercedes, etc which have on board computer (OBC), you might need to add a pair Error Free Decoder Wiring Kit in the option.

You do know that your fogs will be almost useless for lighting the road if you do this.

It's going to burn your led bulb if you have the intelligence lighting package, cornering feature.

I believe I have that, thanks for reminding me. I might just go install an HID kit instead of LED bulbs.

This and that.
Why would it burn the bulbs out if there the intelligence cornering feature? Just from repeatedly coming on and off?

I may be wrong but I believe there are a few options for wiring them in. If you wired them to something other than the fogs, you could effectively turn off the corner-illuminating option.

The intelligent cornering feature brightens either side marker lights depending on which way you are turning your vehicle. I am not sure if it brightens the fog lights though. This may be why the feature can potentially burn out the bulb due to the extra power each fog light (LED bulb) would receive.
