Just came back from the Dealership!!
I ended up getting this car but the paperwork is still in procedure.
I just wanted to know if their are major things i should check?
It has all the car-fax reports and service history but the car did have TWO fender benders worth $5000. The dealership is telling me that their is no damage to the mechanical components of the car and it was just a fender bender. It only states the cost and the time the car was repaired on the car fax.
Im currently trying to get a 2 year warranty from the dealership added in to my total cost of the vehicle.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Let me know
Thanks.

My heart is set on this car. But i will bring the price down since it has fender benders.
Also guys please consider this is WEstern Canada and cars are a bit more expensive than Eastern Canada ( Toronto ) or the USA
The carfax for my car shows the accident. I was thinking about trading in for a new model ( trying to wait until next year when my warranty is up ) and most dealers I have been talking to have been offering a decent trade in on the car despite the previous accident.
If the price is right and you like the car I would go for it.
Good luck !
Nick
If you have any bargaining power remaining, not sure how if it is already written and signed, I would push for the 2 year warranty to be included at no cost for that price. I paid less for the same car with a very clean record and less mileage as a CPO from a MB dealer, so hope you at least negotiated that price point way down. (edit - missed the point about you being in Canada...)
Either way, if you bought it already and you love it, that is the main thing - It looks like a beauty, so congratulations on your new car and welcome!
(if you have not contractually committed, I kind of agree with shopping around a bit more...)

Also, notice the lopsided C350 marking on the trunk lid which likely means it has a new lid.
At least it has the desirable P2 package but not Multimedia. And 18s plus the Panorama roof.
Looks like it's crash history is reflected in the price which will effect what you can sell it for later on. I would never call a 5 grand repair a fender bender.

So now i asked them to include the warranty in the price and they are telling me that will not happen since they are already giving me the "dealer warranty price" But my base MSRP is 27,000 for the car and they added 2,000 for 20,000km 1 year warranty. I was not too happy seeing that the total price of the car came to 29,000. Which i did not appreciate as well because i was also told before heading to finance that something can be worked in to the price, NOTE: INTO THE PRICE.
Now the same person is refusing any of this. My father is co signing for me so he was not happy with the Dealership pulling his credit 3 times when Infiniti did it once with only one bank. Infiniti gave me a lot less hassle as well.
I really LOVE the car but its starting to seem like something is stopping me from achieving that. Now I am waiting for their call to see what they can work out. My father is also out of town so he sent his pay-stubs, company number (business owner), and signed the papers for co signing. He lives 12 hours away, but now the dealership want him to either come to the dealership and sign the papers or they will send it to a notary in my fathers town.
I am very confused about this whole situation and cannot wait any longer. I know I will regret taking the Infiniti over the MERC, because the Benz is in its own class and absolutely wonderful looking car.
If they call you without a good deal then tell them you'll be taking your business elsewhere. Don't fall for their BS.
Be firm, decide what you are willing to pay and what you think would be a fair deal. Decide what your drop dead price is and be ready to walk if the dealer is not willing to work with you. Remember, you are the one in control.
If it does not work out it's not meant to be. Don't be in a hurry, keep your eye out for exactly what you want ( don't settle for the BMW or Infiniti if they don't meet your needs )
Good luck with whatever you do. It looks like a nice car but don't let the dealer push you around.

Wait and a clean C350 will eventually turn up. The G35x isn't exactly a terrible car either!
There will be other cars. Just wait(I know it is hard). This guys from this dealer are making a fool of you!!!
