We have a local vendor AZN Optics that sells HID kits also. From what other members have noted, he's got good products and customer service.

Ah ok, this I did not know as I don't deal with him. But the product you linked seems to be a vendor in Singapore. I'm not sure where you're located but there are many other places more locally to get HID Kits. Generally, they're all pretty much the same kits. Just make sure you get a Can-Bus specific kit.

azn optics no longer sells HID kids due to insurance reasons. he can explain it better.

most people on this forum orders from this website http://www.theretrofitsource.com

hope that helps. i been doing research on this lately since I am new to the MB world as well. i'm working on getting everything at once for a one day installation.

Just to clarify, I don't carry HID kits in bulk due to regulations in the US by DOT (Department of Transportation) restricting importation of HID kits into the US. Shipments are subject to seizure by US Customs department at port of entry (I've already had a large shipment seized and destroyed ). All vendors of HIDs in US face this risk and some continue to try to sneak shipments through, but in smaller batches to not draw attention, or ship directly from their manufacturer (typically from China, Japan, or Korea) to the buyer (this adds shipment lead time, but at least if it gets seized, only loss of 1 kit instead of a freight shipment of kits).

I've been able to get a few kits here and there in through other methods, but takes longer to be able to assemble a full kit for sale. When I do get these in, we post on our facebook page and it's on a first come first serve when we do (typically all snapped up within 24 hours).

I recommend the Morimoto kits from the retrofit source. ~150 with error cancellers and what not.

I had a cheaper kit ~$100 and the quality even then is no match. Also the mounting kits are top notch and much more flexible.

Yes, you can easily confirm this by pulling your bulb out.

Thank you
I installed the Philips HID kits on both my C300 and GLK350.
A little pricey, but I went for quality and German made products.
I also installed the additional harness with a relay and resistors. No errors or flickering. philipsxenon.com. Their tech support is good, too.
