Bluetooth Music in 2008 c300?
Ok so about a week I used a 2013 e350 and I loved it!!! One big thing among many was the bluetooth music because i could not plug my iPhone 5 in!!! And usb did not work?!!! Is their a way for me to get that? I have the Comand. or should i just buy an ipod and keep it in the glove box?

Yes, best idea is to just buy a decent iPod like the Classic, and just leave it in the glove box.
If loaded with Apple lossless tunes, the iPod can deliver about 15 times the bits that Bluetooth bandwidth can, its a huge difference.

I have 2009 and this is how i set up my bluetooth.
Since you have command, you have bluetooth for the phone purpose but not for streaming songs from your iphone. The way to get a round and install the bluetooth capability is availble.
Here is what you need
1. Blackberry bluetooth Gateway
http://shop.crackberry.com/blackberr...9A172A3579.htm
you can find it for around 41-60dollars. Don't buy from amazon since their price is 130
2. USB charger for car
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mini-USB-Dua...item4ab4da25eb
Something like this, this will used to power up the blackberry gateway(in front glove compartment).
So install those, and plug the stereo iput jack in to aux if you have it. I had old iphone connector instead, which don't work with iphone 4 or 5, so i had to open right side door, pry open the side of glove box and there is extra aux part, so i connected my stereo input from blackberry gateway.
then, pair iphone(or any phone) with blackberry gateway, and choose AUX from command, then you have yourself bluetooth stereo capability with your iphone, android or ipad, etc.

Excellent answer wanchu83.
But the question is: With Bluetooth-streamed sound quality so horrid, why spend all that $ just to ruin your music? Also, this kind of Bluetooth upgrade means that the phone Bluetooth is now unavailable for handsfree answering?
Take those $ resources, purchase a used iPod and once loaded with your favorite tunes, you will never be without all your music, all the time.

blueooth streaming
bill u talk about how bt stream has such bad sound quality. i would consider myself a audiophile and in my last car 2009 lexus is i had this set up and it sounded better than physically plugging in a device to the car. in my 2012 c class they sound about the same. in my 2008 class i moved this set up to that car since it has no bt streaming. and it sounds the same as if i was plugged in thru the ipod cable.

@edmrocks: It is not digitally possible that decoded Bluetooth, at the maximum transfer rate of 110kbps, where the algorithm throws away 90% of the information in an MP3, which has HALF of the information of an AIWW or Apple lossless encoded track, can sound "better".
The MB's Bluetooth D/A convertor, is biased for human voice intelligibility, further distorting musical content.
An iPod Classic, with an Apple Lossless-encoded recording plugged into the Aux jack, will actually sound better than the same CD played directly in the headunit, as the system converts the digital CD into analog with D/A convertors of inferior quality as those in that particular iPod (generation 6 is the the best actually).
The HK Logic 7 system takes just the analog input before reconverting this input into digital to perform the surround-sound conversions, and this digital manipulation is then fed directly into the amplifiers. The subwoofer amplifier is actually fed by fiber optic.

Exactly, now its is called the UMI for Universal Media Interface and then for those without Command you can get Nav and other goodies with the UMI Plus. This will allow passengers to pretty much control everything with the center knob.
Get it done at the MB dealer, mine lets me bring my own parts, they just charge for labor. Of course no guarantee on the parts. Here are some PDFs for the UMI, UMI installation and UMI plus.
Looks like I will have to post the PDFs separately.

Actually, I have used iphone as bluetooth audio and plug in physically, but I prefered Bluetooth for the sound wise. I get more clear base with bluetooth than plug in. Well, it cost some money to do it, but I guess it's all depends on your personal choice. Either way, the money take cares all problem

A friend of mine gave me the WMA1000 as a gift, which plugs into any 30pin iPod integration cable. No plugging of iPhone/iPod, it automatically connects my phone when I am in the car and enjoy streaming music wirelessly using the viseeousa without any issue.
