Akebono EURO on c300 (Canadian model)
Somewhere I read that the break pad will only work with c250 and c300. But else where I read that the Canadian c300 has c350 brakes.. If so will brake pads work for my c300?

2010 C300
Does Canadian C300 use the same brake setup (front and rear) as the C350?
I'll need new brakes soon and the online parts guide I came across so far suggests the C300 uses the smaller 11.6" front brakes (as opposed to the C350 12.7" fronts).
Thanks!!

Yup, that's the one I've got. My installer told my that my rotor needs replaced. I'm going to replace it then see if it makes any difference.

When I checked online at Tirerack, I selected C350 Sports Sedan. It is showing EUR 1341 and 1342 for the pads, which are inline with what have been discussed. But for rotors, why is it showing the "drilled" version from StopTech for the Rear? I thought the drilled version is used only on the front and the rear is solid.

So I checked my current rotors on my car by running the finger across and I feel bumpy surface on the front and smooth on the rear. As I said in my other post, my dealer told me the front rotors are undersized and the rear are OK. Can we machine these rotors to make them smooth and reuse? Isn't it what is done for other domestic vehicles? Normally the rotors last for long time and the pads are the ones that wear out.
