Can a Corvette Motor fit inside a W204 Chassis?
So heres the idea i own a w204 chassis model C350 Sport and i would like to know world a LSX Motor fit in a W204 Chassis? Money is not a object. i might sound dumb but i really want a vette motor in this thing because the lack of atfermarket parts for the C350... So please try keep the Bull**** on the low i am just asking if it would fit or work instead of drama bull****.

The small block is a fairly compact motor, likely smaller in outside dimensions than the 6.3 AMG motor. It would depend on if there is enough room to get the accessories bolted on properly. Of course, if money is truly not an object, yes it certainly can be done.
I would love to see the finished product do a 1/4 mile run vs a C63.

If money is not an object, take it to a tuner shop and pay them to do it. From the sounds of it, you're not really aware of what it takes to do an LSx swap, so just going from that I don't think you'll be able to do it yourself. You'll need custom mounts for the new engine as well as a separate engine management system. Then you have the trans issue, if this hasn't been done before you have to see what trans will fit in the stock bay/tunnel that will mate to the LSx engine.
Fitting the engine in the bay is the easiest part. Finding a trans and mating it to the engine and getting that combo to run properly and communicate with all the factory electronics is where most of the trouble is.
At the end of it, if you pay someone to do it, it will cost close to what you can get a C63 for. Is it worth it that much to you, just to say you've done it? Only you can answer that.

Seems like it would be cheaper just to trade the C350 in and get a C63. There is an older SL in my area where the owner fitted a Chevy small block with a blower sticking out of the hood. Looks silly but to each his own. If you do decide to have this done please post pics.

Yes you can do it. If money and time are not a question. But why even bother on a C Class? An older Benz is one thing due to the lack of electronics but a W204 has lots of them and it will just be more of a pain in the a$$ if you ask me. This will be no different then the guy who put a 2JZ Engine into a W210. Great thread but never saw a full finished project...

Yes, it fits and with enough time, money and expertise it can be done.
Now, order your motor overnight and get to it and post pics when you are done.
BTW, pretty much anybody with enough money can buy those motors from a variety of suppliers.

If you want a good handling 4 door sedan with an LSx, get yourself a BMW e36 and do the LSx swap. It's been done many times before, its well documented and you can even buy swap kits from vendors.

I am currently working on swapping a Whipple supercharged coyote in my 2011 c350 , my friend has a shop in Vancouver that is doing all the work , hopefully will be able to have coyote computer talk to the Mercedes computer, shop charges vary , would cost 50-70k for everything
Did you friend already finish with your swap?
