Lease C250 Sport Sedan
My partner and I currently live in New York City but are relocating to Miami. Neither of us have leased/purchased a car before - no need in NYC - so I'm looking for some advice.
We recently rented a C250 from Hertz and loved it so I think we both want to lease C250 or C300 sport sedans. We think these are our requirements:
2013
12k miles/year
Premium 1
Multimedia
- What do you think our lease payment and down will be?
- Given that we are leasing two cars, should this entitle us to some sort of discount?
- Anything else you recommend we consider?
Those with the C250 or C300 - are you happy? Thanks in advance!
My leased car is configured the same except I have wood trim and rear spoiler. I wish HID (xenon) headlights had been available- not impressed with the halogens.
With capitalized cost reduction of $6494 (trade in credit and cash) my payments for 36 mos, 12,000 mi a year, is $376/mo. I got them to include 3 yrs free maintenance.
Absolutely love the car. Not so much in love with the leasing. Wish I'd put more down for a purchase instead.

It has more than enough power for any situation you will find yourself in on the road - particularly out on the freeway where it pulls hard when you need to. It does not "need more boost" and does not have "no pickup"...

The DC area in general is just rough with traffic - most of my commuting is up and down the 270 corridor now.

Either one you pick will be fine.
Mine is a C250 Luxury with Multimedia package and Premium package. Sticker was almost $43k, got it for around $37k. I think I got a good discount because I got a Luxury model, most people want the Sport model, making them less inclined to deal I guess?
Good luck!
