Hi, I'm researching on converting my W204 07 to the facelift model 2012.
I intend to use the 2012 halogen headlamps to reduce cost since the bixenon is too expensive and require alot of wiring.
The rear conversion should be easy , however I wonder how to get the new headlight and front bumper fit to the car? Do I have to get some modification or just plug them in?

front bumper , headlights,hood,rear bumper, diffuser...all plug and play. 07 to a 12

Front bumper fits well enough, however the headlights are a different story; you need the facelifted hood as the facelifted headlights have a slant on the eyelids.

It is quite a lot of work, don't think its worth it for the headlights.

Not worth the expense to do this also if you use 2012 tail lights the SAM will need reprogramming. Easier to trade in the 2007 and get a 2012 +

The cost for all those mods will be equal to buying a slightly used 2012 W204, w/ the bi-xenon headlamps. Just saying...

Let alone the fact that you would be going from a superior projector beam lamp assembly to a halogen bucket reflector...

Thanks guys for the advices, however in my place the differences between an 07 & 12 C250 is about 30k so I think it's worthy.
Btw, where can I buy the halogen headlights, most of the headlights in ebay are cracked or damaged.
