Its -30 Degrees or 86 Fahrenheit these days and I noticed that my entire car is shaking while driving at high speed and I can feel every bump and crack on the road. Most noticeable around 60 mph or 100 kph when you left off gas, its all fine while driving in city when under 60 mph. The road is clear with little to no snow.
After 20 mins of driving on the high way I felt sick to my stomach, feels like every crack on the road got multiplied by a least two three times
Do you guys think its the tires require balancing?

Have all 4 wheels properly balanced & both tyres & rims checked for runout.
Presume you have not fitted spacers etc.?

Tyre pressures too high?
Shock absorber failure ?
Shock absorber failure ?
+1^ that too or a tyre delamination.

- Pressure to High or Low
- Not correctly balanced
- Needs an alignment
- Bent wheels
- Bubble in tire

I will take it in on Monday and see how it goes.

Have a similar issue. It snowed yesterday everything was going fine and last night I started to njtjce a wobble at 25mph all the way to 60mph , today I tried driving on the interstate and the wobble got so bad I had to pull over. Tried tightening the wheels , that wasn't the issue. These are stock 18 " Amg wheels with 6month old continental tires . There is frozen snow in the wheel itself on the inside of the wheel well so I thought that could be the issue as momentum at higher speeds causing that weight/snow to give it a kick/wobble the faster the tires spin. Not sure. Either way taking it in today to drive it with a technician, will see what he thinks.
It was the control arm, we had some heavy snow recent and the snow iced on it causing the problem, my buddy at the shop told me take it to car wash wash it off. The issue is fixed thanks everyone for the input!

So what you are saying is that with the control arms iced up you had no suspension movement?. It would ride like a cart!
