Is it worth while making a black series c63 replica?

Is it better to get a c63 sedan for around £30k

or to get a c63 coupe for aroud 40k and then spend about 5k getting a black series kit on it and black series exhaust etc. Maybe more for the

Whats the deprecation on the c63's like?

What will it be like if I get the conversion done.

For around 30k can get like a used 2006 bentley continental gt.

Thanks

I can tell you right now, it would costs a lot more than $5,000 for a black series conversion.

Buy those Bentley mats, put them in a used Chrysler 300, and keep dreaming...

Not sure what people think the conversion or the Bentley would cost, but don't forget the OP is obviously in the UK. He is using GBP for his prices, which is worth about $1.60 (last time I was in the UK)

If I got a c63 I would get the sedan, put a tune, headers, wheels, coilovers, and some carbon parts. I would not get a BS body kit, better things you can do for the money.
You should head over to the w204 AMG forum.

I kinda read it wrong - I think. I believe he is asking which to get a C63 coupe or a C63 sedan, and then get a black series kit for whichever one he picks. I don't know why I thought he was looking to convert something to a C63 replica, perhaps the title of the thread?

I think he edited his post, I can't tell on mobile, but the wording of the post is better.

To clarify the black series kit will be made in china

Exhaust diffuser

Is it worth it spending the extra on the coupe and then getting the kit etc.

Or shall I just go for a basic saloon?

Bonnet seems to be a bit of a problem trying to source a replica one of them.

If I go for the coupe could having the kit on it make it depreciate more than a normal c63 coupe?

When it comes to re-sale should I expect more for the kit or not?

thanks.

The replica kit will definitely lower the value of your car to the average person. Of course, there may be someone out there in to pay more for the kit, just not likely to find him or her. Don't waste your money on the body kit.

Thanks for that. Makes sense.

The c63 507 doesn't look too bad stock.

How do you guys calculate depreciation for buying a car outright?

Thanks.
