My 2014 C300, some problems
My 1st Benz, just over a month old and 1600 miles
Love the way the car handles and feels
The KeyLess go, sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, to unlock the doors.
The Eco start stop has a mind of its own
Also the auto headlight just don't seem to work correctly
Will take it back to the dealer next week and see what they say

Keyless go I'm finding may work or not depending on what pocket the key is in, and how you are standing in relation to the door. Works best in your right pants pocket (providing you have a LHD car)

I've tried, both pockets, putting the key next to the door, tried every door. Someone else posted, tried the trunk 1st. The 1st 2 weeks flawless, then started not working. Got the other remote for 2 weeks, flawless, now hit or miss.
Mostly after i has sat a few hours, is when it occurs. But the last 2 mornings, worked ok, but not in the afternoon leaving work.
I will have that on the list with the dealer, but I know when it doesn't fail for them, not much hope. Im disappointed right now.

This does not seem normal. We have had a 2011 and now a 2013 with Keyless Go and never had these issues. My wife carries the key in her purse most of the time and as long as she is within 6-12 inches of a door it always opens. I would speak with your SA.

Keylelss Go
I have a 2013 Mercedes E350 and have been having the same trouble with the keyless go. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not. My Mercedes Dealership in Hartford, CT is aware of the problem and reports to me that they have numerous complaints from other customers about the same issue. They first offered a leather pouch to cover the keys, as they seem to have determined that the problem is related to static electricity. The leather key pouch did not work so I discontinued usage. In a recent conversation with the shop foreman he advised me that he has experienced the problem as well as the district manager has too. They feel the problem is definitely static electricity but they do not have a solution for the problem. They claim that the Mercedes engineers are working on the problem. I am very disappointed that a $62,000 vehicle would have this problem. My son owns a $30,000 vehicle and has no such issue.

Just dropped mine at the dealer this afternoon. The SA did state that sometimes it doesn't work,I mentioned in 1900 miles mine has happened at least 40 times, he said 4 would be acceptable, 40, not!

Here are my observations. Opening the door from the outside, make sure your thumb is not touching the sensor on the outside of the door handle. That is the lock sensor, the unlock sensor in on the inside of the handle only.
Eco stop-start will not activate until the engine has warmed up.
Auto headlights, not sure the issue you are having. I have the lighting package and the lights swivel left/right with the steering wheel. Auto high beams work by sensing light ahead of you.

I have tried all manner of ways opening the door, tried every door and trunk also, just sometimes does, sometimes doesn't .
Eco stop-start, drive the same routes everyday and sometimes the green light comes on in the center display, other times it stays yellow all day long.
The lights, I know how they are supposed to work, starting to think this is on me. Understand its the same bulb for the high beam and it starts moving up the further traffic is away from you and it might be doing that

My dealer gave me the same line when I originally brought it in. I brought it back at least three times and finally they told me others were having the problem and that the district manager had experienced the problem. Have your shop manager call Bill Larson at New Country Mercedes in Hartford, CT. at (860) 278-2000 and ask for Bill Larson. Bill is aware of the problem and claims that Mercedes is working on a fix.
