Hello you guys
I got a used W204 C200k since last month, the car jerk when 1500rpm in low speed, other shift is normal, can anyone tell me is it a serious problem of the transimission and any soluation can fix it

Maybe your transmission fluid needs changed or add a little? That's is the first and cheapest thing to check

Agreed, check the trans fluid first before you decide to start replacing parts.

the car jerks at slow accelerating at 1800rpm drops to 1500 rpm
only when accelerating slowly

I read on another post that changing the PWM solenoid fixed the issue.
