Interesting in buying a 08 C230 Canadian Model - common problems etc?please

Im really interested in buying a 08 c230 canadian model car.
I just wanted to know what are you guys oppinion if the model is reliable or no etc.. common problems?

79k KM on clock not Miles guys
I will be taking a warranty from a 3rd party company probably

Find out if the transmission has had its service done at ~60,000km, check for any whistling noises with the climate control fan at any speed (seized/worn blower fan bearing)

also i have found another w204 with 80k km on clock but has not been serviced at 49kmiles -60k km for the transmision service ..
i could get that one benz for cheap since im dealing straight with a private seller in my city . could i buy it and do the tranny service right away at 80k km since it wasnt done at 60k

Find a c300 instead as it has more value on it. Stay away from cars that did not do the tranny service on time. The 2.5 v6 is a little snail and you might regret it.

I found a c300 with 82k km full equip mint condition , the guy wanted 17g i dealed it to 14 000$ he told me he is the second owner and didnt know he had to do the tranny service at 60k .. One thing he told me is sometime theres a message on dash that say front right fog light failure but the fog is working good his indy told him its only a bad sensor thats it
The guy selling the car because lost his liscence for speeding on highway .. What u guys think 14000$ for 82k km which was not serviced at 60k but i could bring it to the dealer to do it the same day that i would buy it
