Weathertech anyone?
I was thinking at the computer one that weathertech makes tailored for the C300. Anyone with feedback using and buying these?

Went back to OEM and never looked back. If weathertech was significantly cheaper than OEM (say 50% less) then I would buy them, but since they are the same and sometimes more expensive than OEM, it's a no brainer to go OEM.

Wish I was there for the sunshine!
I noted at my MB dealer's parts department here in snowy Michigan that WeatherTech must be offering the OE manufacturers their product for reselling. There is a display for a dead-ringer for WeatherTech at the counter in the dealership! We need deep lips!
I got the Digital fit mats because my sister in law has them and she loves them. I have to say that I was expecting a more polished product. Don’t get me wrong, I love them. But my first impression was “meh”.
First of all: the fit is not perfect. If your car doesn't have the retention mechanism to keep the mats in place, since they're plastic, the slide all over the place. I have the retention mechanism on the driver's side, but not in the passenger’s side. I contacted WeatherTech about this and they sent me velcro. It works but it's not what you expect giving what you pay for them.
Another issue is the resting area for the driver's left foot and the gas pedal. The oem all-weather mats cover the whole resting area for the left foot, but the WeatherTech only covers half. This is a major design issue. It forces you not to use this area if your shoes have snow in them and you don't want to ruin the carpet. Seriously, I don't get it. I complained about this to WeahterTech and they told me that "due to manufacturing constraints involved in the thermoforming manufacturing process the left side is limited to a height of approximately five vertical inches”. Really?
The other problem is the gas pedal. The mat doesn't cover the lower part very well so the snow of your shoes slip below the mat and the carpet at the base of the gas pedal is always a mess. Although, to be fair, I don't know how they would have fix that.
Last, the sides of the mats are a nice thing to have. It protects the side carpet from snow or anything you throw at them. However, they don't fit perfectly and the one on the passenger's side is a little bend.
Anyway, all and all, I think they're are expensive for what they are. Although they're probably one of the best mats for this kind of weather.
The only other complaint I have is the material is very fisher price plastic. I was expecting more of a heavier silicone rubbery material for that price.
Price was more than oem but I was sold on the raised edges and supposed "laser fit".
