Not in Germantown but just a little down south on 270. Do you guys do your own mods or take it to a shop? I'm looking to get a tint and maybe install new headlights and back-up camera. You guys have any recommendations?

Not in the area, but close

DC/MD here...270/Germantown is not too far.

Will be in the Rockville area this Saturday to get some vehicle wrapping done to my car.

I have a few shops that I deal with locally for tints and exhaust stuff. They aren't the best, but I have been using them for years.

Headlights are easy. I just installed a pair of depot lights on my friend's c250 sedan. I attached a picture. His car is the one on the right.

For exhaust, I use Kelly Mufflers. I got my resonators deleted with straight pipes from them. They also did my old 2012 c250 coupe exhaust to make it look like a c350 exhaust. I made a thread about it a year ago in the w204 coupe section --> https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-c...pleted-v1.html

My friend with the c250 sedan also went to Kelly Mufflers and got this same exhaust design on his car and he loves it.

I will tell him to chime in this thread when he's available.

DameMD - Thanks for the info. I was going to get the headlights from USR but the new lights they have apparently still have the sticking shutter issue. Have you experienced any issues with your set?

Dude, I need to hear your ride. I have been thinking about the x pipe but want to hear it first.

Not familiar with the "sticking/shutter issue." I will have to check the MBWorld threads about this. I will ask my friend if he is having any issues with his set. I installed his around 4-5 months ago and he hasn't said anything to me about problems with the lights.

My car (c350) came with the lighting package which was mandatory for me to get. My previous car, the c250 coupe did not have the lighting package and neither depot or USR had the OEM looking lights available a year and half ago. You guys are lucky.

I think you're the lucky one. If I could do it again I would definitely get the lighting package to avoid all the hassle
of not having OEM.

Lighting package consists of auto leveling and swiveling Bi-xenons, additional active cornering lamps in the headlamps, automatic variable high beams, full LED front turn signals and on the 2012-2013 cars, Headlamp Washers.
