2014 C63 507
this is certainly a typo considering a stock +2012 c300 does NOT make 306hp/272tq. The 2012+ c350, however, does. If you look at the product link for the c350 on their website you'll see the numbers are exactly the same.

Based on what Merc did with the C63 and these 3.5L supposedly being identical it's likely possible that the same numbers should be attainable. If they are in fact identical.
Purchase and report back with dyno numbers

Lol, I am aware.
I was using the C63 as an example. The base C63 V8 and the 507 are identical. Merc reduced the maximum throttle input on the base to 80%, thus a simple tune, and you have 507 edition power levels.
Makes me wonder if the 3.5L shared between the C300/350 supposedly being identical, have a similar "detune". Thus the power gains for each from the same tune should be similar. Whatever the C350 maxes out at, the C300 should as well.
Again, assuming that's the case and it's hidden within the tuning.

GOOD NEWS CONFIRMED!
i got a reply from eurocharged that is indeed correct that a tune can get up to 330 HP.
"James,
The 2012+ C300/C350 share the same engine, and hence would get the same end power post tune. You would have to go to our Houston or Toronto location, or ship the ecu to get the tune performed.
Hope that helps.

I'm sure it's been mentioned in the past.
Is altered software detectable from a dealer standpoint?
I used to work for Volvo and believe there was an actual fault code that would store indicating it had. Could be a problem for my warrant haha.

I can't say that the tune is not detectable but there isn't any codes present like the volvo. The other thing you need to think about is the chance the dealer sends the ecu to germany is extremely slim on the c350/300 Then again, we could always flash you stock if you wanted too for dealer visits.

Indeed.
I'm not surprised by the skepticism. However once people understand your basically getting equal to what a stock C350 puts out, the gains past that are not as mind blowing as one would think.

2013 c300 sport
So i am new the Mercedes world. i bought a 2013 c300 4matic sport+ and was in love with the car other than the power. (sad face) so i immediately started looking at tunes. I found both Kleemann and eurocharged. I went and ran a dyno last week and got my baseline. I then called and spoke with both Kleemann and eurocharged. What a HUGE difference. I was sent to cory at Kleemann. I seriously have talked to him like 10 times now with different questions and concerns. After the forum saw i was going to tune after my dyno, someone posted about how much cheaper eurocharged was. I don't want to waste money so i called them. I was told the best thing to do was email their tuner. I did. And got no response. So i called again a few days later and spoke to the most aragant little *****. He would not let me talk to a tuner, but said all the information i needed was on the website. I asked about specifics on warranty stuff and if they had ever ran a dyno or are just guessing on numbers. He told me if i had those questions to call the office in Canada. In other words. No help, i don't think these guys have a clue what they are doing other than plugging in your edu with a simple file they bought. CRAPPY Customer service. I don't care if Kleemann does cost more, I wouldn't send the computer to my car to someone who won't even talk to me.
PS> sent Kleemann the ecu today, should be back tues and ill get it dynoed again.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Hopefully Euro can chime in. Customer service is a big deal to me as well. When I sold custom Volvo products aka the acronym in my name ForceFed Motorsports I always tried to be as helpful as possible. Whether a customer or not bad reviews spread quickly on the Internet haha.

I hope it was just an isolated incidence. But it is not like i was asking for the colonels secret chicken recipe. I just wanted basic info. before i felt comfortable sending my ecu and my $. I am happy to post about any better response i get from them in the future. Until then. Im excited to see what close to 320 hp feels like in our cars. I 'like" the way it drives now in sport mode I'm hoping to "LOVE" it after next week.
