Where did u get those headlights? I have seen a few on eBay. Didn't see any of them comes with HID options. Those condensation usually disappear when it stop raining. Those depo headlight didnt have cap on the back ?

I bought it off a member here. he bought it from unique style racing and never installed it. they have HID option when you buy it from them. i was checking them out before i got it from here. and they do have all the caps on the back. its complete headlight.

The condensation will make them even more authentic, The MB ones steam up quite a bit but it's not considered a fault according to the handbook.

Just wanted to check in with anyone on this thread or anyone else who may have insight if the condensation problem persisted?

Yeah I'm looking to see if your problem went away also. I've been looking into getting a set of these with the HID option from USR soon.

You can pull the light off and either use a hairdryer on low setting to evaporate the condensation or a long tweezer with a cotton ball dipped in alcohol and wipe it down, depends on where the condensation is. While the light is out, run silicone along the entire edge of the housing where the lens meets the back unit to seal it up completely. I had this problem before with other depo lights and this is how we solved it.

Well...I just took the plunge and purchased a set of DEPO headlights. I'll be sure to report whatever condensation I experience, but living in SoCal where it hardly rains, it may come few and far between compared to east coast climate.

Thanks Knightmare on the silicone advice, I did see that in another thread and I am definitely going to do that.

Once you lay a bead of the silicone on the edges, make sure to flatten it down some for maximum coverage. While Depo goods are usually made well quality wise, they seem to have an issue with their sealant.
