Has anyone recently removed the grille off their C250 lately? The reason I ask "lately" is because older threads have said you needed to take the whole black plastic piece over the radiator to have access to the grille, but over time people have started saying you actually don't need to remove it to access the grille underneath. Another point is that it's a bit more difficult to pop the grille from the bumper tabs on the 2012+ facelift models.

So if anyone has done this on their facelift models, please point me in the right direction.

Has anyone figured out how to remove 2014 C250 sport lower bumper grill? Id like to replace it with a black mesh, for the looks and durability.

The video is basically it. I have a 2013 and i can pop out my grille in less than a minute. Its really quick and easy

Anything I need to watch out for when pulling the clips located in the rear of the black plastic piece? Just squeeze and it'll come off?
