Help! My Mirrors were stolen last night on my C2011 C300!
I need your help/advice guys!
My mirrors were just stolen on my 2011 Blk C300 last night in Austin, TX.
-Anyone know of anywhere I can find the parts to replace them (I definitely don't mind purchasing used). My insurance deductible is $1000 so I am trying to see if I can find them cheaper.
-Also does anyone know how I can find the part number? I need left & right.

PM or Post your VIN and I can get you the appropriate part numbers. That really sucks. Do you have dimming mirrors? From what I remember those are quite pricey

Sorry to hear that. Man, so bizarre for someone would do something like that. Almost looks like they were very careful not to damage anything else on the car and surgically unplugged and disconnected everything. Someone must have really needed mirrors BAD to do something like that. I guess that is one way of keeping Austin weird.

man, I would not be a happy person. sorry to here that happened. From the pics it does look like your lucky they at least didn't damage the bases, those, are expensive! my wife took out my passenger mirror in a parking lot and it cost almost 600 for the glass and covers, I fixed it myself. The base for the mirror was like $700 if I needed that so I was happy I didn't. But if you have auto dim drivers mirror that is a lot as well, I think it was like $650 for my car, for a piece of glass... if you want to be cost effective I've used this site quite a few times with good results if you don't mind used.

Check ebay.
Here's a link for 2011 C300 mirrors:
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw...1&_sacat=33649
If you sort by highest price first, you'll see the mirrors that cam from cars, and will already be painted.
I saw your first mistaken post in the W203 forum.

Have a friend that knows cars go with you for repair estimates ect so no unscrupulous mechanics try and take advantage of you in the future.
Bummer about your mirrors. Probably some kid that wanted face lift mirrors and is familiar with these cars. Hence no damage from removal.
