Service B reminder will not reset
I followed the YouTube video, but the ASSYST PLUS menu does not come up after step 2 (pushing the call button and OK button). I can access the ASSYST button by manipulating the buttons, but then the appropriate menu to delete will not come up. It returns to the mileage/trip display.. Any ideas on what is going on and a resiolution to delete the service B reminder?

Are you sure it was on the odometer? It will not work unless you see the odometer on the screen. Most of the videos kind of gloss that one over or just say to cycle to the trip menu.

Still no luck after repeated tries following above advice. Wondering if anyone else had this problem. Is this a dealer fix. Also, I'm wondering if maybe my OE tune could be the culprit. I've had no other electronic glitches and the other steering wheel buttons work as supposed to.

Should work. Hit side arrows so odometer is showing. Press the two buttons, (Call and OK) one slighter sooner than the other and hold for a few seconds. Scan down to Assyst Plus then hit OK. Scroll to completed service or whatever it is, select that and that should be it.

Are you sure you are hitting call and not hang up? Are the wheel buttons working otherwise?
Last time I had the issue I was toggling to the trip menu like some of the videos say to do but my spedo was up. But most of those videos over complicate the process.
Key to first turn position
Make sure odometer shows on the dash.
Call then quickly OK, hold both down
Nothing else should matter beyond this.

- Make sure the doors are closed. My difficulty was due to the door being open.
