How quiet is your ride? TINT = WIND NOISE !!! HUPER OPTIC?

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills here. Got my car tinted huper optic ceramic 35% and now everytime I go over 55mph I hear WIND NOISE from my side, the passenger side, maybe the back seat- can't confirm. I went back, had the tint guy TAKE OFF the tint off the driver side- took him for a drive- SAME *****. Have any of you experienced an increase in air getting in after tinting your car? Are there any possible easy solutions short of taking the door panel off- BTW, he claims they don't take off the panel and I watched him put a new sheet on the driver side so I believe him on that. But I think somehow the seal on each window has been compromised.

Check the inner and outer door seals, it can't be the tint unless the window isn't closing fully because of it, which I've never seen. Sounds more like something got moved while they were working on the car. Make sure all the seals are in place and not damaged.

Considering that the acoustic windows are used to block the airflow noises from the factory mirrors, I'd suggest not adding anything onto the mirrors that will only make more noise.

I have no idea. You know, funny thing, people thought I was bat sh** crazy when after they applied 3m film to the side mirrors that I reported extra wind noise. On both the A4 and the C300, the issue went away after I had the installer remove the 3m CLEAR film (those thin pieces of crap). Yup, makes a big difference!

Yeah, so that WAS the problem. I feel kinda bad for giving my tint installer the Larry David look of skepticism when he said the seals were all in place.
