C300 4Matic Sport Audio 20 with CD

Hello all!! New Benz owner here and I’m really excited about it. However, I’m trying to figure out how to tell: 1) If I have navigation, 2) how the heck do I make it work? I’ve searched several threads and tons of googling and I’m not really finding much of a real answer. My car is a 2012 C300 4Matic Sport and the options show 001 Accessory Navigation System, however, when I push the “notes” button (see pictures), “No Navigation” comes up on the display. Do I have Navi or not?

2015 C350 Coupe
I just picked up a 2015 C350 coupe with the same Audio 20 radio. Mine too tells me that no navigation unit is installed. I'm now beginning the search to see what is needed to activate navigation and the backup camera. I'm also wondering whether I can add the larger screen or the command unit. Hopefully together we can figure out what is needed and can make this happen as I got rid of a 2013 C250 which had the command unit and it was a lot nicer than the audio 20.

Bad news
I stopped into the dealer to see which navigation module was not installed so that I could get a part number and order one. Apparently there is no part to be had. The parts dept. counter guy looked in his computer and told me there is not a navigation module available in the US market. Only Germany, China and some other place, I can't remember. He opened a ticket with MB and they replied that there is no navigation module available. I don't believe them. If the audio 20 has a navigation button and tries to connect to a navigation module when pressed, which it reports as not present, why then can't tell me what module would have been there if the navigation function was part of the original build?

Bust or Not?
I got my swap in, pulled the old unit out and put the new one in. Press the “Navi” button, same message “No Navigation”. The radio quit after about 2 minutes and now I have to get a code. The search continues...

My car has the Becker Map Pilot pre-wire cradle in the glove box. From what I've read online, I should be able to buy the Becker Map Pilot unit, plug it in and have navigation. I have not done so as I'm more interested in doing a command unit retrofit. I spoke with my Service advisor at the local dealership and they told me that they would assist with the coding but wouldn't make any guarantees or warranty anything if coding the radio to my car or turning on navigation info in the instrument cluster caused a problem.
The problem now is finding a part list. I did find one but it was from a guy living in Sweden and a pre-facelift car. My car is a 2015 C350 coupe. That means that finding the part list might be a bit difficult.

YEEESSSS!!
This was actually simpler than buying another radio. My son did some YouTube searching and found that all I had to do was hold down the “CLR” button and boom up pops the navigation.
