ATF109 adapter- Which quick connect fits this?
I have the ATF109 transmission fill adapter and cannot find the specific quick connect that it fits. I see the quick connects sold along with the atf adapter sets and also with the transmission fill pumps, but i just want the quick connect itself. Does anyone know the exact name, or size i need to be looking for? I carry the atf109 adapter in my pocket whenever i go to hardware stores and have tried every quick connect I come across but none fit.
I just want the quick connect itself.

Oh, and it definitely is not a standard air fitting connection.

The hose that comes on Harbor Freight's $5 hand pump fits over that 109 adapter perfectly with the right amount of tension. You can still pull it off with slimy fingers, but strong enough to stay on for the fill.

Are you guys referring to the brass valve?

Not the valve, but the quick connect fitting. It looks similar to the quick connect fittings on pneumatic tools or pressure washer fittings, but it is neither of those and not compatible. Sure, you can shove a vinyl or similar hose over it, but the quick connect can be more convenient.
For example, when doing the final "hot fill" on the 722.9, you can close the ball valve and quickly pop off the hose at the quick connect and check if the fluid is under or overfilled without threading the fitting out and making a mess. It's not a deal breaker by any stretch, but if you have the fitting on your adapter, you might as well use it.

Believe me if I had found the quick connect I would have posted it. I would buy a bunch and sell them on eBay. I have searched and searched and came up with nothing. I found the entire valve on AliExpress for around $10 but thats more than I want to spend since its most likely a one time deal use just for that 109 adaptor. Instead I bought a pack of 3/8" barbed ball valves for $7 on amazon. I figured I will maybe use the ball valves more than that specific quick connect. They are roughly the same size as the adaptor so 3/8" tubing works great. Also fits the tubing on the pump sprayer I bought to use for the transmission fill.
Can cut the hose shorter obviously and add some clamps. Pull the hose off from the pump side when done filling, then with the car running open the valve until the fluid stops coming out then close the valve back up. Thats my plan at least.
