Started with the warning lamps coming on exponentially (ABS/ESP, SRS, Check engine light, traction control), tire pressure sensor has also been acting up as two were inactive but it still read. Car technician said there were multiple codes but only one was still active, said there were parts that needed replacing but nothing related to the dash lights. Got the maintenance done and the lights went away (with the exception of ESP/ABS). About a month passes and they come back again so I try to get a code reader on it but couldn’t connect with the car, O’Reilly’s didn’t work either and that was when my turn signals, wiper blades, brights, and tire pressure sensor have now all stopped working completely. Checked all the fuses and they’re ok so I’m not sure where to go from here. Hope someone has an answer for this.
the code reader doesn’t work, because it can’t get a connection to the car, it always comes back as “unable to communicate with the vehicle” or something along those lines
I'm afraid without a code reader I'm not going to be much help. I can tell you this. When water gets into cards these days it causes chaos. So do a good inspection for water damage. Look at these engine control module for damage and in the trunk under there spare tire in both side compartments and at the top of three spare tire opening there's a large plastic panel remove that and look under it. If you find any proof of water replace all of the electronics in that area. Try used parts from junk yards or eBay to help keep costs down. I hope this helps you out

Did your car ever get water pooled on the floorboard? (water pooling usually happens if the drain holes in the windshield are blocked/clogged due to leaves, dirt, etc.). If so, you need to replace the 3 gateway connectors on the floor board.
If your abs sensors are fine or read weird, it can not only be the sensor, but the magnet around the axle/wheel hub. This can get damaged over time. I had this same issue and ever since I switched the wheel magnet, it has gone away.
I would double check fuse # 16 in the front under the hood. That is the fuse for the OBD port. Test it with a multi-meter.
I would not be surprised if water got into the front sam and is causing these issues.
Not sure if I have one of those, but looking at that fuse again it does look like it’s about to give. You can’t see in the photo but the fuse itself looks a little singed

Communication lines evidently have water damage. Car wouldn’t start for the first few tries and when it did, it wouldn’t shift out of gear and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree
eBay or your local junk yard for used Mercedes parts. That's prolly you're best bet unless you can afford all new Mercedes parts. Just try to get parts with the same part numbers and I try to get parts from sellers out west cuz of of the snow and salt other places.

Here's the problem I had. In the end, after draining water from the floorboard, I removed the rubber drain plugs so that IF water ever infiltrates again, it won't pool in the floorboard.
What are the parts? Usually Mercedes parts have the part# stamped on them, even connectors and harnesses have labels. I find all the used parts I need on eBay from California salvage yards because they seem to be in better condition.
UPDATE: OE Blocks may have been fried during investigation, ordered new ones so we’ll see if that fixes the turn signals. Will check the drainage system once they come in.
Electrical parts in the floorboard need some work, anyone know where I can find the parts???

We see the new style single 60.Ohms resistance in the middle of the bus (not legacy 120R x2 at extremities).
Use "confirmal coating" to prevent ruining unprotected electronics.

This minor booboo may clean-up quicky with rubbing alcohol and my brother's toothbrush. This bus-bar is a passive-basic-cheap electronic: rugged!
Oxidation would NOT cleanup on full featured BlindSpot or F-SAM Modules.
