Cold start misfire, nothing after restart
2008 268 000 kms
I have a problem with cold misfiring at idle when cold start.
P0300
P0302
P0306
After 5 minutes I restart the car, it works perfectly, no more misfires, it has all its power.
The coils are new, the spark plugs have 10,000 km. has anyone had this problem before can you help me ? Thanks

Sounds like you may have low compression on cylinders 2 and 6. I would do a compression test first. With a proper Mercedes scanner, you can do a relative compression test that compares the speed for each cylinder. Slower speeds mean higher compression and faster speeds means lower compression. If the difference between cylinders is significant, the test will fail, and you know you have a mechanical problem, such as a blown head gasket, bad rings, or a cracked head, none of which are good news.
I use Autocom 2020
Today, another problem.
WIth autocom, I reset multiple engine adaptation like
intake flap. and another.
I reset fault code.
I use the car 1 hour.
After 30 mins pause, i restart car but car is cranking, start, engine turn and after 1 second immediatly stop.
I try several time. I waiting 10 minutes.
I try again and car start but not correctly, and with anything engine fault codes.
I would like test to change maf because is not a good brand . I bought a bosch maf.
And I will test the compressions

I managed to do the compression tests with a launch tablet. Here are the results:
Cyl 1: 107 rpm
Cyl 2: 110 rpm
Cyl 3: 114 rpm
Cyl 4: 104 rpm
Cyl 5: 102 rpm
Cyl 6: 97 rpm
Before compression test, I changed spark plug number 6.
The spark plug was a little black.
I removed the faults, I'll see what it looks like tomorrow morning on cold start.

Give it a good cleaning it might help.
However if after a while the new plug turns black then there is something else going on there

It's unbelievable. no engine light, no misfire. The outside temperature has been the same in the morning for 2 or 3 weeks, so nothing to change except the spark plug.
Initially it would run pretty well sometimes, and others it would barely run and would throw a code for misfires on the front two cylinders, and codes for lean bank one and two.
Then it started running crappy all the time. The hole in the front of the upper plenum where the arm is for the variable intake flaps to connect was falling apart and leaking vacuum badly. When we got the intake off, the whole assembly fell out.
As other have said, a good light and detailed visual inspection of the front of the intake is a good place to start.
