Brake pads and rotors recommendation

I need to replace my front, for now, the rotors and pads. I don't recall I have ever replaced them before.
Any recommendations?
It's a 2013 C250 sport.

AKEBONO ceramic pads get good feedback for clean rims when matched with Zim's rotors

Some ppl still prefer the response of Mercedes OE TRW semi-met pads paired with Brembo rotors.

At the end of the day it all depends what you favour.
Good ceramics pads stop without wearing out anything.

I have Brembo ceramic pads. Near zero dust and great braking. Available on Amazon.

I have Zimmerman rotors and think they are great. Had them on around 5yrs now and for being a New England vehicle they are in very good condition rust and corrosion wise. They seem to be wearing well. I originally bought them because they were less expensive than the Genuine Mercedes but now they seem to be more money, at least at FCP Euro.

Pads I went with Ferodo semi metallic front pads and ATE semi metallic rear pads. They were listed as OE when I bought them. They do look exactly like the genuine Mercedes pads I replaced. They work great and only complain is the rims get dirty pretty quick but it was the same with the Genuine MB parts.

While the rear rotors are off I would service the parking brakes. Depending on the condition either just clean and grease the adjuster and opener, or replace all the springs or even replace pads. I ended up replacing everything due to severe rust, even the dust shields.

110k on the front and 140k on the rear with Akebono/Zimmerman combo with plenty of life left. I will definitely go this route again when it comes time to change.

I replaced mine 4-1/2yrs ago and have around 32,000 miles on them now. I am surprised they are lasting this long given all the brake dust im cleaning off all the time. The brake fluid level hardly drops. I was thinking I would be replacing them around this time but theres plenty pad left. The rotors are wearing down but its nice and even so far. Im thinking the rotors will need to be replaced before the pads are worn.
