Hopefully it is under light pressure. When I had no money and a bad car, 1978 Renault R5, Le Car, I 'fixed' a leaking hose by cleaning it up and wrapping it with duct tape. Repair lasted for a couple of years. These days, you can get duct tape in any color, including black. Probably not sanctioned in the WIS.
I was reading thru a thread and came across an interesting photo. It shows the transmission lines and it appears the lines have some type of cover over them. Made me think of this thread with thinking the line is cracked. It could just be the covering/coating on the line.
2013 transmission should have blue fluid I believe. The leaking fluid in the photos looks like oil.

yo Tim it is the transmission line that goes into the radiator on the left side it has a crack on the black part of the hose , it is indeed transmission fluid not oil
