Costco parking lot in full sun. The tint is all windows and front and rear windshields.
View from inside the car in full sunlight.
View of Panoramic Roof and window tint as comparison. Full sunlight as you can see
Here is my C300 with the 30% Tint. It gives a nice level of privacy and does seem to keep out some of the Infrared rays. Today is a hot sunny fall day in Toronto and the Black interior was not too bad after an hour in the sun.
Did you need to do tint on the pano roof? and great looking car too!
I'm still waiting for mine
. maybe we will see each other someday on the 400 series.
I did not do the tint, this was how the vehicle was built when I found it on the inventory search. It was an MB Dealer add on. The Panoramic roof is always tinted. I think its also 30% which is the legal limit here in Canada or so my dealer led me to believe. I have never tinted on my previous MBs before, the standard tint always seemed to be fine. The Pana roof on my W204 was also tinted and did a good job of keeping non direct sun at a min.
Overhead sun I had to always close the shade, which was a light cream colour on my W204 which left a very bright interior. The sun shade on the W205 is a black mesh like material.
On my Iridium Silver the tint looks amazing and adds a certain something to the overall appearance of the car. The bonus is that it really keeps the car cooler out in the hot sun, I did not expect that it would work so well.
Picked up my C400 2 weeks ago. It's loaded with all packages and active park assist, and head up display. I didn't get the pano roof due to the reduction in headroom and I never opened the roof in other cars I've owned. Love the car.

I plan to get the 19s.
In your comparison what other cars have you owned and white size wheels?
My last car was a Lexus RX350 with 19" wheels, but you really can't compare the ride to the C Class.
One thing to consider is how to handle cold temperatures and winter weather. The summer tires that come with the 19s shouldn't be used when temparatures get below 45 degrees. There are very few options for all season or winter tires that fit the 19 inch wheels. None are approved as Mercedes original equipment. There are actually approved tires for the front but not the rear tire size. I'm still working with my dealer for an option.

It's hard to tell how much brake dust shows. It has rained here and the wheels are dirty.

Was there a cost associated with it?
These 20 spokes also come in 18" for the E-class. They are 8.5 wide and that might be too wide for the front end of the C-class
Anyway, this is an option i am looking into, but to be honest i do not think the car needs bigger wheels then the standard 17"
