MB Newb (forum and car)

Hi guys, just signed up to the forum after reading a few of the threads and you all seem fairly friendly!

I'm due a new company car in around 4 months time and was thinking of a C Class estate. I currently drive a BMW X3, which is great but looking for something a bit more refined than a BMW.

Thinking of getting the C300 Hybrid, Sport trim with Premium plus pack in Brilliant Blue with Crystal grey leather and the grey 17" alloys.

Is there anything else that you guys would recommend? Bearing in mind i (unfortunately) do have a car allowance budget i have to keep within.

Thanks!
TJ

Sunroof, if you're into them, is really nice on the C.

Burmester audio, active LED lights, Airmatic are other things I'd get.

2015 C220 AMG Line Bluetech.
If you're getting Premium Plus then you'll get Pano Roof, Burmester etc.

Only thig I think you really "should" consider is the Intelligent LED Lighting, which gives you adaptive high beam and cornering functions etc.

Yes some stuff boils down to individual taste but I would highly recommend the intelligent LED light system. I have found that it works well in increasing visibility at night and is fully automatic therefore requiring minimal input from me. It's one of those things that sounds pretty good, but could be a bit gimmicky, when in reality it's a really great feature that performs as described.

I work for a medical device company, travel to different hospitals to speak to surgeons and advise on use of our implants regarding indications and technique etc, company called Medtronic, you might (not) know it.

This feature does come coded here in the US, correct? I know on the BMWs it is disabled but can be coded back in, so I assume the same would go for the MBs as well?
