C250 Bluetec
New to forum - UK C250 Estate
Hi I'm new to these forums. Have ordered a C250 Bluetec estate, AMG line, polar white, cranberry red leather and black ash interior with premium plus and adaptive high beam assist plus.
Would have loved to get a big petrol but they don't have them in UK -yet- and have a couple of years of silly commuting to do for work - private purchase though. Upgrading from Octavia vRS
Initially went looking for used but PCP payments plus warranty made new a no-brainer plus fell in love with the W205. Looking around I can't get over my payments pcm; cheaper than if I bought Mazda6/Mondeo/Passat.
Does anyone know how UK deliveries are doing? I've been quoted May (ordered a couple of weeks ago.) Any chance of an early delivery? #impatient #excited!!

Incidentally I test drove 320 M sport and was totally underwhelmed compared to C Class and the Audi was just hugely more expensive for a basic model.
Used quotes on Drive The Deal as a stick to get what I wanted from my local dealer (Plymouth) - who to be fair has been really good so far. I'm told I got a 12% discount off list - certainly paying £80 per month less than original quote.

W205 C200 (Petrol) Sport Premium Plus
Hi, I'm also in the UK and ordered my W205 in December. Delivery times seem, to some extent, dependent upon specification. If you ask your dealer they should be able to let you have details. In my case the "requested" production date is 7th April, expected delivery at port 18th May and expected delivery date is 29th May. Given the shipping time I guess it'll be built in South Africa rather than Germany.

Apologies if my attempt at humour has offended anyone. I have just sent the following to the mods
