Anyway, I'm digging the brave interior combo with the linden wood. It was easy to go with the black ash, but I think your choice looks great with the red leather. Have you though about wrapping the mirrors in a metal look to match the front spoiler? The brushed mirrors look great on the Audi S lines, and I think it would look better on the cars without the night pack.

I had my service department slap them on for me (20min installation time), but from what I saw of the parts themselves, they are installed both with sticky tape AND screws.

too much blacked out. It would have been perfect if you just kept the side trim, rear diffuser and front spoiler black and left the rest in chrome. Also remove the tint from the lights...it downgrades the look of the beautiful LED design of the Mercedes lights.

I'm pretty sure tmoney didn't take offense and clearly read it as sarcasm. He named his car Ophelia (either basing it on Greek mythology or Shakespeare), cleaned his seats using a lanolin based product (Lanolin...like sheep's wool), and broke out a $1500 camera to take photos.
So just to clarify, tmoney, your car looks fresh and I full appreciate the way you care for it, but maybe naming your car something like Jamie Lynn, using Murphy's oil soap, and the 12MP camera on your phone does the trick too.

Agree - the tinted tail lights really kill this for me... Everything else is acceptable - but the lights...

All,
Proud owner of a C450, palladium silver with the cranberry red interior, multi-media and sound package.
Fiance has a black C450 with white/black designo leather/park assist/moon roof.....I bought mine after we had hers for a week and loved it.
I am an american muscle/mustang guy so I am still amazed I bought a MB.
We love our cars and will post some pics soon.

I will be making a very lengthy road trip in a few months....any suggestions on protecting the grill/front end of the car....one of those 3m adhesive bras?

If you want true protection getting xpel or similar applied to the hood, front, fenders and mirror caps would be the best.

Beautiful cars, congrats! We have some reliable companies that perform protective wraps in San Diego you can check out. ModernimageSD, KI Studios, Protective Film Solutions just to name a few. Maybe I'll see you around.

Those seats are gorgeous! I thought about ordering an obsidian black over saddle designo, with the silver weave trim. I ended up going with the dinamica because I have always liked black alcantara seats. I had them on 2 previous cars and found them very easy to live with (no dogs/children).
The white can be a real PITA if you let it go for too long without cleaning. My father had an LP560 with the white seats. Murphy's oil soap worked well for him on his seats.

One of the complaints I heard the most about when doing my research on the W205 was how long it took for heat to come out of the vents. I've had my C450 for 3 weeks and I have to say the heat comes out incredibly fast - faster than any other car I've owned. I wonder if they changed anything in production or if my Canadian car has cold weather equipment that other markets don't...
