I ordered it all. When I got home I looked in the trunk under the "hatch" and I do not see how I am going to get it all in there. I cannot imagine the body structure being any different. possibly the liner (adding more expense..)
If someone here could snap a pic of a car with the spare that would be great. Thanks
I don't think there is a spare for the W205. You are going to have to stick it all in the trunk. There are tie down kits available for a space saver wheel (not sure what wheel you purchased for that much $$)
So for the last week or so the trunk on my C450 will not open. It doesn't respond to the key fob, the button on the door inside the car, or the lever on the trunk lid itself. I've read online that it could be a blown fuse causing the stuck trunk lid.
- if it's the fuse can anyone instruct me on the exact fuse and where to find it?
- if the fuse box is in the trunk- how do I manually open it?

Never mind- figured it out. My wife must have accidentally turned on the "trunk lock" button on the inside of the glove compartment when jamming her purse in there the other day. Flipped the switch back and it works perfectly.

Great!
Since we're talking about trunks, can anyone tell me what the flashing green button does inside the trunk lid? I pressed it, but it didn't do anything. I'm assuming it's an emergency release in case someone had to escape via the trunk?

Yep - all vehicles are required to have an emergency trunk release in case someone is accidentally (or on purpose) locked in the trunk. Vehicles with trunks that open using a mechanical latch have a cable release (with a glow-in-the-dark handle). The C uses an electric trunk latch, hence the flashing green button.
I was finally able to take the C450 on the U.S East Coast Autobahn i.e. Interstate 95 and it was a frikkin blast!! Still getting used to how fast 60-100 and 60-120 is. It was almost effortlessly achieved.
Just got my wheels powder coated gloss black. TailLights tinted including mirror blinkers and wrapped the chrome on the door handles, trunk, front splitter, front grill, and rear diffuser, and side rocker inserts in black gloss vinyl. What are your thoughts?

If you want an honest opinion I would say that the car looks alot less classy with overtinting/wrapping/overly blacked out, especially tinted tail lights it ruins the class of the car. Makes it look like a Nissan driven by a 20something yo college student. I think the C450 looks amazing stock and the optional night package is the maximum visually allowable black out it should ever have...
Reminds me of someone i know who leased a 428i and decided to black out everything he could, get m5 wheels and plastidip everything..yet he lived on his friend's couch, hitted on high school girls, and eventually got his car repossessed from not paying the bills..dont be that guy

Well you are entitled to your opinion, but please don't give it if you can't even speak the english language properly....especially when it comes to commenting on class.
I am not even going to address your comment comparing me to your friend because that would just be a waste of breath
I like the blacked front splitter, rear diffuser, and wheels.
Not a fan of the tinted tails, I think it cheapens the brand. Also if somebody rear ends you they can claim to not see your brake lights, etc.
BTW, this is an internet forum not english class. You asked for opinions of your mods so don't get sensitive over broken language, that's stupidiculous.

I like the black accents. The door pulls and the rockers look great especially! With that being said I'm going to agree with the English professor on the tail lights... Waaaaay too dark.

That's a little harsh. I liked most of the mods except for the smoked taillights. I'm not really fond of those on any vehicle though.

This is an internet forum, I hate when people try to look smart by correcting other members grammar. One very important rule to remember also, never ask for members opinion if you can't deal with opinions that differ from yours. Personally, I think the car looks horrible, but I'm only commenting because you asked what the forum members think. Anyway, what I think doesn't really matter, it's your car, so if you like it, that's what's important

Half looks fine, half looks like **** IMO. Overall, a stock Night Package looks better than what you did with "upgrades".
There's my opinion. Don't want it? Don't ask for it.
I hate those mother****er! there's plenty of parking spaces, i already park at the end of the lot, there' no reason to park next to me. Even if you didnt bing my car, i assumed you did. I mean there' plenty of spaces, why you park next to me?
Ended spending saturday evening washing and clay barring "Ophelia" also used some Wolfgang leather care cleaner and conditioner and then brought out the big boy camera Canon 6D for a couple shots. Enjoy!
Only 2500 miles in and 3rd car wash in. Need to wax her again soon.

when i ordered my c450 amg, i told my parents i'm getting the cheapest Mercedes model at 40k. i dont want them to get mad at me for spending so much money on a car. when i got the car, my dad said "you spend 70k on it?". i agree, when i look at the stock rear, it looks like an expensive car. haha

That has to be the most pretentious thing I've read here. It is laid on so heavy and without nuance that I literally laughed out loud while checking out your pics. I was half expecting your interior pics to show a cheese board and a glass of sauternes.
Anyway, I'm digging the brave interior combo with the linden wood. It was easy to go with the black ash, but I think your choice looks great with the red leather. Have you though about wrapping the mirrors in a metal look to match the front spoiler? The brushed mirrors look great on the Audi S lines, and I think it would look better on the cars without the night pack.
