I'm having a hard time believing OE Tuning's claims... According to the graph, they are getting 395 WHP compared to the baseline 285 WHP. So, based on the driveline loss estimated from the baseline number (285 divided by claimed flywheel HP of 362 = 0.787...meaning 21.2% drivetrain loss), the OE tune should yield around 497 crank hp (395 divided by 0.787).
Why is this so far off from other tunes that are claiming 30-40 crank hp...?

Updated Us stats on the Lorinser Tune have been added to the site in a new blog post they are claiming 435hp higher then any other manufacture so for. http://c450amg.com/news/2015/11/29/u...nser-tune-info
I kind of like the body kit, however some people especially the autoeveloution doesn't let me know what you think...

Looking forward to the review, only wish they had got one to you sooner. Hate to miss out on a good bargain (Their cyber Monday sale) it's pretty tempting! But I'd rather pay more and know exactly what I'm getting The anticipation for the review is killing me haha

I think I'm going to order the RW Carbon - carbon fiber spoiler for the w205. I'm looking for a higher kick spoiler, more substantial then stock. Plus I think the CF will be a good contrast against the iridium silver.

Found for 750 EUR on the net and 1000 from the dealership.

Except I'm going aftermarket with the RW Carbon brand. The oem spoiler is too thin for me.

C450 Tune
Just some food for thought, but TunerWerks out in Cali also has a tune for the C450 and claims 90 hp and 150 tq increase. Granted this isn't the 100+whp and 100wtq that OE claims, but it is good to see tuners making ECU flashes directly for these cars as opposed to generic piggybacks/ECU flashes.
The TunerWerks tune seems comparable to the Lorinzer (spelling)...but OE based on the numbers claimed, seems to be king...
Popcorn still in hand Cajun

I reached out to tuner works they seemed hesitant to let me review their tune. I have reached out to my local dealership on pricing for some additional ECUs if i get them it will speed up the reviewing process exponentially. will let you guys know more when i have additional info
Thank you anyways for keeping at it, and also keeping the tuners on their toes!

Just ordered Door Pins from JBSPEED for the 450 to review. I am interested in seeing the quality and how long it takes to actually get the unit in price on these are only 50 bucks so they are significantly cheaper than anything else i have been able to find

I do run 93 octane however I would like to get a review on the stock settings that they have for stage one. They do offer a stage 2 as well. I will however ask if they would be able to give it a little extra knowing that.

For anyone who has ORDERED A car, were you able to make any changes after initial order selection, and how were those change requests submitted to the factory.. my dealer has been telling me that even though they put in the order over two weeks ago and the build isn't till mid December, that basically SINCE the submission they cannot get anyone "anywhere" to make a simple change to the order..
Any thoughts on getting something done?

Same issue here. One week after the order no change possible even if the build didn't start. I asked for the code but here it make them laugh. There is no code at all during build they never heard about it. The car is built in Bremen and then transported to France there are no customs in between. The build is planned for the 10 th but they cannot give me a delivery date yet.

Unfortunately, when the car is in the RED no changes can be made.

GLE450 curb weight is roughly 5000lbs...Car and Driver clocked 5.1 to 60 and a 101 trap...
I might be bench racing a bit but...roughly 1000 lbs lighter in a smaller tire, with the same motor?
The c450 might impress some of us out of the box, I believe theoldman&C on here was right about his projected trap speed.
