Finally Brabus power kit for C250 + C300 petrol

Its +25kW/50Nm. Sounds great, I am going to order one.
Hope it will be nice upgrade

I was going to try work on them for a better price because I beleive it's an easy DIY job.

I would personally go for a tune (or two) that will result in least a 100 kw extra.
Not sure about the rest here (of course we're still talking about petrol cars, diesel is less interesting, and more complicated).

For instance, Cobb "out of the box" tunes from their AccessPorts were safe tunes...backed up with dyno result comparisons between stock and their Stage 1 or 2 tunes...COMPLETE with A/F results which were usually better & safer for the engine than the lean stock A/F curves (lean for emissions).
I'd be interested in a "Piggyback" plug n' play unit from this Manufacturer, even better if Mercedes would install it AND still warranty my car, but unless they can at least show actual dyno results showing it's a safe tune for my model car....I wouldn't take the risk installing their product on my new $50,000 plus car unless backed fully by Mercedes Benz.
