It's been almost 6 weeks since I took delivery of my Polar White C450 at the MB of Fort Washington, PA. I frequently drive to NY as well and for the first time yesterday I spotted a fellow C450 on the road. It was a Lunar Blue C450 w/ NY plates spotted traveling eastbound on the NY 495 aka Long Island Expressway by the Main Street exit in Flushing. Not sure if the gentleman driving is on MBWorld (if you are, let us know!) but it was pretty exciting TBH to see another C450 on the road cuz these cars are pretty damn rare I have to admit.

I keep looking at local inventories to see if I want to compromise and settle for something now but luckily the wifey keeps me in line and tells me to chill out.

Just my luck the dealer has 13 C450 on its lot but nothing in the build that I want. I'm not sure why they build out so many cars with the MB Tex upholstery.
The C450s will be RARE, which is what I love about them. I have yet to see a single other C450 in 3 months. When I took delivery, the dealer had 30 C300s in stock, and 3 C450s.
I took the first delivery in Pennsylvania I believe and I thought I would see more pop up along the way but not much yet. When I took delivery the showroom C450 was still 2 weeks away from delivery. This was 3rd week of Sept
Think I may have been behind one very near my apartment complex in the city on the way home from the office earlier, it had Dealer plates from the primarily MB dealership here, but it was too dark to see any badging. Looked like it had the 4 tipped exhaust though.
This would be the first I've seen one here in Columbus.
It seems that they have more C450's in stock than they had C400's. I don't they will be that rare. I also noticed a lot of the C450's also have leather which was a rare option for dealer stock.

Yes even in cars.com I've seen a plethora of C450s in stock. As with the leather, I just can't imagine driving a benz without real leather. That MB-tex aint for everyone.
