Putting sport package wheels on base model?
Hello everyone,
Kind of new to this forum and a little new to altering cars so please excuse my ignorance on this subject. Is there anyway to put the sport package wheels (18 in AMG 5 spoke, 19 inch AMG multispoke, etc.) on a base model W205 C300 with the base 17 inch wheels? If so, how would I go about doing this?
Thanks for the help!

It's just a simple swap. You can even order five spoke 18's as a factory option with the base model.

This does however mean that you need new wheels and tires, not just wheels.

Aren't the sport package C300s slightly staggered in the back wheels? Would I have to drop my base model slightly to fit the new wheels or I simply just swap the wheels and tires? Also, do I just take it to any tire/wheel shop and they'll do it for me? (For a fee, of course)

So, say I buy aftermarket wheels and I need 18 inch. Should I buy 18x8.5 or 18x9.5? Differences? And also where should I get the new 18 inch tires from?

8.5 J x 18 ET38 - Front
9.5 J x 18 ET56 - Rear
Tire:
245/40ZR 18 97Y XL - Front
265/40 ZR18 101Y XL - Rear
For non staggered use 8.5" all around. TireRack or your local tire store.

My current tires are for winter: all 4 are 225/40/R18
For other seasons I have: front: 225/R40/R19 and rear 255/R35/R19
Have a look at my video of my new mercedes c class petrol ---->

Do you have any pics of a staggered c300 and non staggered? Not really sure what's "normal" to do when changing the wheels.

Just go to the dealer. They will be happy to sell you larger wheels/tires. "Normal" is whatever you want it to be. You won't see much difference in staggered / nonstaggered in pics.
