My C-43 Sedan is due mid August-- I have ordered it with P3, but the heavy charge and options will come with P4. I don't have a desire for most of the P4 add-ons. My dealer advises that his scuttlebutt is showing a small price increase for the 43 over the 450--not much, and that the options should be close to the c300 numbers. In any event, since they had ordered a 450 for me without noticing the upcoming C43, they agreed to eat any upcharge and honor my old, discounted price. I should say that I have bought dozens of cars from this dealer and they do treat me right. My car will be selenite grey with black leather. I have been an owner of 6 AMG's over the past and am sure that many will really scoff at the C43 since it does not fit with the "one-man, one-engine" theme--not sure I can argue with that. /since I do not really care and like the C450 very much, I believe that I will enjoy the C43.
Might be a bit of a lag on the Coupe pricing though, given the fact that ordering doesn't open for it until August. I guess we will see.
Thanks - curious as to ordering for C43 to begin in August - I have not read that anywhere. I'm assuming you have better information than I've seen! BTW - all pricing for the C- class - entire series - is on the German MB website - but when you try to convert from Euros to $$$ - makes no sense. Even the C300 is way more expensive in Europe - and they don't offer packages - so every item is individually priced.

My dealer gave me the same info as inhartwetrust. C43 Coupe can be ordered in August and will be delivered in October.

Not my info, per se, it's what my dealer told me when I negotiated to cancel my C450 that arrives next week and instead order a C43 Coupe. He was pretty pissed at me, so maybe he lied to me haha...but he was pretty damn adamant about getting my order in quickly so as to be "at the front of the C43 line", but at that time he was confused and thought I wanted a C43 Sedan. When I clarified I wanted to Coupe, he was unable to place an order in the system so he called his production team contact from AMG and was told August order, October delivery, and that delivery is from Europe (not Alabama like the C450). He said none of this is concrete, just that it is "the best info available from the people who have the best chance of knowing." I've got 5 more painful months of waiting if this pans out...so I hope he's wrong.
He did say there was potential for timing to move up, but that the official word he could get was as outlined above.

I did not, just not a fan. Also did not order sport exhaust as unless AMG changes its approach, it will not add any power. I'll add a Renntech ECU instead for real HP. I put one (not piggyback)'in my GLA45 and saw huge performance gains. They tune for 91, but dialed it up a bit for the 93 that I use--very good service from their tech dept.
Yeah, not a huge fan either. As least the Burmester and Sunroof come standard, that's nice. I hate that Dynamic headlights and AMG illuminated doorsills are placed in the highest option package (P3), P2 seems more realistic...and then P3 would layer in the DA stuff.
P2 has the LED headlights. You need to get P4 in order to get the Full LED, previously the LIGHTING PACKAGE. I would be extremely happy if they move this to P3. I would not need everything else in P4..
I hate this structure because I really really really don't like the driver assistance package which costs a lot ($2880 on 2016 C300). I will be disabling the feature when I drive as I know sometimes software has bugs and in emergency situation, I don't want to rely on the software.

Just to clear up some confusion, inhartwetrust is getting a coupe where more things are standard, and packages are different (and P1-P3). So for the coupe build, P3 is the top-dog package. The sedan has P1-P4 (although P1 is standard in the C43/C63).

Coupe is different bro, I'm not on that Sedan time anymore I should've specified that.
That saddle brown is looking nice! I had already decided on getting that interior, and seeing more pictures of it just reinforces that decision. Still debating on Selenite or Iridium though.
Love the Saddle Brown Designo...had it on my C450 order, and I'm going to keep it on my C43 Coupe order too, except this order won't be the Designo version (so no cross-stitching).

1) It's not available, currently, on the Coupes
2) It's $2000 more that I feel would be better spent on other options
3) I actually like the non-Designo looks equally or perhaps better

Yeah, the price is steep but it looks fantastic. I will have to look at the packaging prices and see if its worth it to add or not. And it should be available on the coupes per the DOG. The regular sb looks great too, but not as unique.

I also think the non designo horizontal cuts on the leather seats look sportier than the diamond cut.

That is what won me over to going away from the Designo, despite the infatuation that I am sure everyone is well aware of by now. The diamonds look luxurious, perfectly fit for a sedan. They don't look sporty enough for the Coupe though, IMO.

Both look great however 9 out of every 10 compliments I get on the car is on the interior and that diamond stitching. It really makes the interior of the car a special place to spend time in.
With Amg sport seats it makes the car as nice inside as a S63 coupe.
