why why why??? life isnt all about tags and branding its about what's inside. and this V6TT is a beast no matter if its MB or Toyota, I will love it regardless.
But this is pretty crazy how someone would pay for the rebadge and then cheapen the door sill with aftermarket AMG illuminated sills that wasn't even scaled correctly.

The AMG Performance Exhaust is the only thing I wish I could have had in my C450.
You think there's any way we'll be able to add it to our pre-existing C450s?

Improvements and changes are always "constant", otherwise a manufacturer falls behind it's competition. If you want the latest and greatest always, do 2-3 year leases and don't get locked into owning the same car for a long period. Owners of the C400 have a legit case to be pissed, C450 owners not so much.

Guys, the AMG performance exhaust is the same exhaust on our C450!! There is no optional exhaust for North American cars. It is standard on USA and Canadian models, but optional in the UK. There is no button on the console to open the flap like on the C63S. It's just that the UK models without it will not have the crackle and pop that we have now, but just be as quiet as the C400.

Correct, and the UK cars without the performance exhaust wont have that feature. So it means if you don't get the option from factory, you will be out of luck, aftermarket won't help.

On the other hand they gave us several, maybe $5-6 thousand dollars in standard upgrades & enhancements for only a couple/few thou in the base price increase from the 400 4matic, so I guess I can live with it.
But the ability to special order a C450/43 Estate in the U.S. would be nice
.......Ya know, that would a be nice trade-off, Mercedes-AMG. (Unless you wanna force me to go up to an - if they make it - E43 Estate.) Is anyone reading this? Hello!!?
Not like you have do much; put the frickin amber reflectors on the side to meet N. American spec (directionals have to be seen from the front & side...no clear corners from the factory allowed). And that should be about it, though I'm not up on my Euro-U.S. spec differences since leaving Europe; could be more, but not much.
Wa-gon...wa-gon...C-Class wa-gon!! Dammit.

Dealer sent me a copy of the 2017 C Class Dealer Ordering Guide. Not all pricing is listed for the AMG models including the 43, but at least all the options are listed now. If anyone wants me to post it and can help me out on how to do it, let me know...

C300 luxury gets new grill and raised hood ornament.
Wood with analog clock is standard, gloss black not available.
