AMG-Sport is dead. C450 will now be AMG C43
Did you inherit a bunch of money? Win the lotto maybe?
I'm trying to figure out how someone with less than optimal impulse control and strategic planning ability is able to afford two $60k cars in less than 90 days.
The best trade in price you can expect is going to be about 80-85% of what you paid. This will depend on mileage, condition, and the number of badges that have been added.
It's not worth it to lose $10-12k just for 9g and exhaust. You could add the AWE touring exhaust, a high quality aftermarket combiner HUD, and a custom tune for a fraction of this and have a car that will sound just as good or better that will blow the doors off a stock C43.
But hey it's your money. While your busy throwing it away, you could send some of it to me. I promise to put it to good use
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
By the way I'm trading it in because I want Comand and HUD and driver assistance pack that I didn't get on my c450.. Plus the 9g transmission and exhaust..

They may give you 52K for your car but ask for sticker on the new 1. Maybe they discount theirs 10% right away but offer you 41K for your car.
The key is to get a fair discount and get as much as you can for yours (duh of course).
I would shoot for $48-49K for yours, and 10% off theirs... go from there. Also, what state are you in. Here in NJ you pay the diff... so if the new 1 stickers for $68,500 and you get it for $60K and they give you 47K.
60-47 = $13K ... you only will pay tax on 13K which is like a free 3500 bux
