Spacing factory wheels

Spacing factory wheels
Hey guys and gals, recently we removed all the Carlsson parts from our C300 W205 and before I put the stock wheels and tires back on I got some spacers made that are hub-centric in and out, and I got the proper length lug bolts to match. I fit the front 19x7.5 wheels with a 12mm spacer and the rear 19x8.5 wheels with a 15mm spacer. The bolt lengths for the front and rear are different, but the application is 100% functional and perfect. There is no rubbing or vibrations. The cost was a bit expensive, but this is one of those things that you will find that; You get what you pay for!
Attached are pictures showing the factory lug bolts, and detailed pictures of the spacers and the new lug bolts.
If anyone is interested in this set up, feel free to PM me.

I went with the 12mm/15mm setup too, and I think it looks great. However, I also have H&R springs on the way to give it a small drop, and I'm not so sure that the 12mm in the front will work when lowered. Anyone have experience?

You could also be sure to roll your fenders if you end up having any rubbing.
The position of the set up having the 12 and 15 is still inside the fender at the top portion, the only time you might rub is possibly turning in driveways if the angle is causing the front to compress.

My car is not lowered. Even when it was fit with the Carlsson 8.5/9.5 combo, to me the fenders will filled out enough with the wheels that it reduced the gap.
The 300 is a light vehicle and I honestly did not want to do anything to risk the ride quality...not like this car is an S class, but lowering the car just creates a whole new driving experience and I had figured out that spacing the wheels out would again reduce the gap, and I honestly know for a fact that if my car was lowered that the front chin would be destroyed in no time...driveways, parking blocks etc. Different strokes for different folks for sure, but my wife drives the car and it is a lease, so lowering it would have just been a hassle for me.
Hope you are able to achieve the look you want.

Since the rear calipers are not much to look at, I did the dark Anthracite grey so all the accents on the car were matching. I could have also done black, but black honestly is so common and the factory wheels had the Grey background, so when I switched the wheels back to the stock AMG's, the combination still gave the car a unique look.
Attached are some close up pictures that show the color.
