Seriously? $150 is a consequential amount of money for you?
Sorry, I know I'm not your mother, and you probably don't appreciate this, but quit modifying your car. In fact, I would go as far to say, sell your Mercedes, and buy something more practical for your budget.
Sorry, but people over-extending themselves bugs the hell out of me. Especially when it's on something as vain and depreciative as an automobile.

Did I miss something in one of the vids? Is the flicker/strobe another mod you slipped in or is it an issue with the voltage regulator?
BTW, you're a **********in' wizard

About the flickering, all LEDs are like that. They all flicker in video. My guess is they refresh the light at a high frequency that our naked eyes can't see. Check out this bmw video. You'll see the same flickering at 0:58.

Thanks for that info, I wasn't aware of that. Now I'm curious why. I see a research rabbit hole in my near future

At the very least, please don't claim to be an expert of anything. Let people be the judge of that. It sounds so effing arrogant.

The other guy was asking for a DIY, which means some instruction that he can follow. And all you do is to throw out a pic, after you're asking if people need help because you're such an expert. If you were going to brag, then just brag, man. But don't give people false hope just so you could feel important.

Let's hope it's not, but you might have removed a coasting.

I think you're right. But they have a lot of scratches. So, i guess it wasn't much of s choice. Besides, I may be switching to Model 3 in the near future. So, longevity is not a concern. I don't know. Hopefully my "mom" will approve for me to trade in for a Model 3. I already bugged the heck out of "mom" because "mom" thought I was over extending myself

You've already done all of the hard stuff. This part is a cakewalk. If you don't want to pull the lights again you can mask them right on the vehicle with contractor bags or plastic sheeting. Just make sure that you cut and tape carefully if you do it on the car.

Hey guys, I'm setting out on another endeavour, upgrading my LED lights to ILS LED. Now, for those who are familiar with what I did, I upgraded my halogen car to static LED. Now that it worked, I want the ILS as they look great both on and off. Plus, the light coverage at night is tremendous and I think it makes driving safer. Of course, it won't be able to move like the real thing. I just want them to light up. Nothing fancy. I just don't know if the look is worth it. I found one pair on Ebay for just $150. Would you pay $150 just to get the look of the ILS?

Hi mate.. got a bit of an issue..not sure if you can help me here.. I bought a car that had been in a bit of a front bump.. turns out the ILS had been retrofitted. Both main headlamps and full beams work but on the left side, the drl lights up really dim and the indicator doesn't work. I see there is one cable that has been cut thats been pulled over from the other side so maybe that has something to do with it? Thanks.
