Can anyone confirm if a 2015 c300 4matic have a auxiliary battery and if so its location and how to replace it

I had a message pop up which read Auxillary Battery Malfunction since it was still under warranty I took it to the dealership and they fixed it and said replaced the Auxillary battery ? I have attached pictures of the work they did and asked the Service Manager where the battery was located and he said it was in the trunk - I did not see anything there ?? So maybe someone can confirm exactly what is going on

They replaced a capacitor/converter. It is not an actual battery. There is no battery in the trunk. This part is located in the passenger footwell under the carpet. Take a look at your invoice.

They told me mine was in my left rear tire.. they said it was in the tpms sensor..

I found it with my car it's under the passenger front foot parpet, but I'm not sure whether I can fix witout clear the error message by computer. I will try to buy a new convertor to fix it.
